returns and exchanges:
if you don't LOVE my soap, then please ship it back to me (no more than 25% used) and i'll refund you the soap price.
no questions asked.
and no hard feelings.

insurance:
i do not usually insure small parcels...it would add $8.50 to the postage (i know, it's robbery).
i haven't had a parcel go missing yet....i use regular airmail.
if you really want your parcel insured, please purchase the parcel insurance listing in my shop.
if you do not want insurance, then please be advised that it is at your risk.
domestic postage:
i use australia post 3 kg and 5 kg express post bags.
they aren't overnight (we live kind of remote) but they are trackable and insured.
international postage:
i post via australia post, standard airmail.
parcels to most international destinations take 10 to 14 business days.
you are responsible for any fees or duties or taxes your purchase may incur at your end.
i only ever charge for exact postage, and not for handling/packing/packaging or any other nonsense.
